We are a Licensed Contractor in the State of Texas.
All our technicians are regularly trained in customer satisfaction. Is my A/C capacitor broken? We can verify that your capacitor is working properly. This process consists of different steps. The first step is to look at the label of the capacitor. We record the information provided in the label. Then we will verify that proper energy with proper voltage is arriving at the capacitor. The next step will be to measure the microfarads (𝜇𝐹) at the capacitor terminals. They need to match the ones recorded from the label. Otherwise, we will ground and replace the existing broken capacitor. |

Why do I see a pipe draining water from my attic?
This is an alarm. Something is wrong. Water should not drain water from the attic. This is because the pipe that drains the condensate water from the evaporator coil to the drainage system is clogged. We can unclog this pipe using nitrogen or Freon. |

Air Conditioners |
What are the best brands of air conditioning systems and parts. The top brands are Goodman, Daikin and Trane. We have noticed that some brands that used to be great are now failing more than before. They are still good. These brands are Lennox and Carrier. With all these brands you can obtain a 10-year warranty for the parts. After installing the systems and components we will register the products, and you will receive an email directly from the manufacturer confirming the warranty of the products. We strongly recommend Goodman and Daikin in the Houston Area. They are both manufactured by Daikin in one of the largest factories in United States. This factory is local. It is in the Houston Area. Goodman and Daikin are both designed specifically for the brutal heat reached in the Houston area during the summer. Goodman and Daikin usually exceed the lifetime expected for air conditioners. And their parts are very easy to find in the Houston Area. Even during weekends. We believe this is the main drawback of other good brands in the Houston area. Parts can be difficult to find. And you will probably have to wait one or two weeks without air conditioner. This is not fun in Texas during the summer. |
